Welcome to Foundations First Co.

Is your child struggling with handwriting — or showing early signs before you've even named it?

Foundations First Co. is a premium, mobile pediatric occupational therapy practice serving Central Tucson and the Foothills. Led by a licensed school-based OT who has spent her career focused specifically on fine motor development, our approach targets the root causes of writing struggles. We use research-backed interventions to build the core, motor, visual, and cognitive foundations your child needs for academic confidence.

Designed specifically for early elementary, homeschool, and ESA families, our Spring Semester package combines weekly 1-on-1 in-home sessions with a robust, customized home programming toolkit.

Spots are strictly limited to 5 daytime openings for our January 2027 cohort..

Our Services

Our Services Are Designed For You.

Foundations First Co. offers comprehensive occupational therapy packages designed to follow the academic calendar. For our upcoming January launch, we are offering an exclusive 18-Week Spring Semester Package built specifically for early elementary and homeschool students.

The process begins with a comprehensive pediatric OT evaluation—covering fine and visual motor skills, visual-perceptual skills, and a sensory profile—to pinpoint exactly what is holding your child's writing back and to build their custom treatment plan.

From there, I bring the clinic directly to your living room. Your child will receive weekly 45-minute, 1-on-1 mobile therapy sessions using research-backed interventions that target the physical, visual, and cognitive foundations of handwriting.

Because parent carryover is the key to lasting change, this semester package includes a comprehensive, customized home programming toolkit (your practice binder) and direct feedback at the end of every weekly session, so you always know exactly how to support their progress. We are a homeschool-friendly, ESA-approved provider exclusively serving Central Tucson and the Foothills.
